Chicken & Spinach Skillet Pasta with Lemon & Parmesan:


This one-pan dish combines sautéed chicken, spinach, and pasta with a light, garlicky lemon sauce. It’s topped with Parmesan for added flavor, making it a quick and delicious meal.


Ingredients:


Chicken breast or thighs, cubed


Fresh spinach


Pasta of your choice


Garlic


Lemon (juice and zest)


Grated Parmesan


Olive oil


Optional seasonings: red pepper flakes, parsley



Basic Steps:


1. Cook the Chicken: Sauté chicken pieces in olive oil until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.



2. Prepare the Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic, add lemon juice, zest, and seasoning.



3. Cook Pasta: Boil pasta and reserve some pasta water.



4. Combine Ingredients: Add spinach, cooked pasta, chicken, and Parmesan to the skillet. Toss everything together, adding pasta water as needed for a silky sauce.



5. Serve: Garnish with extra Parmesan and parsley.
