Appetizing apple rolls recipe

Are you happy to make some healthy delicious apple rolls for your family in this sunshine of summer holidays?

So let's prepare it.

Grate some apples after washing them. Place them on a baking pan lined with butter paper. Add some cinnamon, raisins, and walnuts as a garnish.




 Prepare the batter for the rolls. separate the whites from the yolks in a bowl. Using a beater or blender combine the sugar with the egg whites and blend them until it seems as a snowy texture. Finally add those remaining egg yolks, oil, and flour 

Bake the apple cinnamon and nuts combo with the dough in a  180°C oven that has been preheated, for around 15 to 20  minutes.  And then turn it over onto a towel and roll it up with the filling of your choice still inside.
