Cherry tomato cheese pasta recipe

Cheese-loaded pasta recipes will make a delightful dinner for us.

The ideal fall comfort food is baked feta cheese pasta because it is creamy, tomato-flavored, and so delicious. The reward is so great for such little work, and it's arguably the easiest pasta meal you'll prepare this month.

So today we are gonna shot that mini tomato feta cheese combo in pasta.

 To start with, preheat your oven for 10 minutes. Make the combo of 1 tablespoon of oil,  tomatoes, shallot, and garlic, on an ovenproof skillet. Toss to blend after adding salt and red pepper flakes.

Arrange the feta in the middle of the tomato mixture and add the final tablespoon of oil. Sprinkle thyme leaves over the tomatoes. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until feta is golden and tomatoes are breaking out.

In the meantime, cook the pasta in salted boiling water. Before draining the pasta, save 12 cups of water.


 Add cooked pasta, and saved pasta water,  to the skillet containing the tomatoes and feta cheese. Stir to combine. Basil leaves as a garnish.
